Change notename csharp et al. to c-sharp et al.
This involves a convert-ly rule. Somewhat surprisingly, the main
effect of this rule on Documentation and input files is to introduce
this change to bagpipe music rather than music written in the English
language (which is actually very rare in the LilyPond tree).
Applying the convert-ly rule generates a second commit
