Rerunning David's checker on the patched files currently returns:
"
Only in \midi { \RhythmicStaff } { \accepts }: \NullVoice
"
That's because I let the "Staff"-context-definiton be copied for
RhythmicStaff.
Though, here I am not sure:
Shouldn't RhythmicStaff in \layout accept \NullVoice as well?
Or should \NullVoice be excluded in \midi?
