Issue 4333: Cue notes should not be included in ambitus
This works by adding a boolean `ignore-ambitus' property to the
`note-head-interface'.
I don't think it is worth a Changes entry: this is very much "expected
behavior". While I created a separate property for this (as it seemed the
most straightforward way), its general usefulness does not seem to warrant
a Changes entry: when one wants to tweak ambitus behavior, it should be
easily found in the Internals Reference.
