OK, let's do it together. Since your patch is going to hit pretty well
every doc file you'll need to schedule it in during a short moratorium on
other doc changes, to avoid causing or catching conflicts with other doc
changes in progress. You, David, are the best one to decide when to do
that and organise it as you know your other commitments. Then, as soon as
your patch is in I'll follow up with the necessary changes to the text.
