Basically, this patch should follow the strategy we converge on in issue
4365: LY_ASSERT_SMOB is probably the most performance-relevant use of
xxx::is_smob so if we decide to be conservative in issue 4365 and create a
separate derived_unsmob<T>, we should also rather provide a separate
LY_ASSERT_DERIVED_SMOB here.
