New issue 4393 by [email protected]: Document new properties of tremolo
slashes (properties added in issue 1735)

Issue 1735 added properties to tremolo slashes allowing the setting of
shape and slant.
An excellent regtest has been added, which is sufficient for documentation,
but it hasn't been added to the docs.
The regtest needs to be copied from input/regression/stem-tremolo-style.ly
to Documentation/snippets/new, and have the appropriate keywords added to
make it a documentation snippet that will show up under rhythms (as
described in the CG)
