Is this now a valid 'issue'? We have the utility
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/python-ly which is maintained by Wilbert.
While we have issue #1432 (which is still valid) I am not sure this
particular tracker is.
Can we set this to Invalid or abandoned or something?
