The main problem was that the fix for the bug was incorporated into the
patch for issue 4485 (oops) and that misled me when resolving merge
conflicts. The only thing left is to push the regression tests. I
suppose it is therefore most appropriate to label this with Fixed_2_19_24
like issue 4485, though the regression tests have come later.
