Two good advices:
1. The frontmatter of the CG should link to the Help us section located in
the same manual and not that on the website:
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/contributor/index.html
2. A careful reader, ignoring how those sections are generated, may wonder
if the Help us section on website and on CG are really identical. We may
add a "Note box" in the CG only just before including the help-us file:
