Would I divide this issue to following three?
Change the Unicode demonstrations fonts to Libertine (continuing this issue
or create new issue)
Change the LilyPond default fonts to TeX Gyre (create new issue)
Require and/or install fonts for demonstrations to configure script and GUB
environment (create new issue)
