I've created the following issues.
Issue 4552:  Change the LilyPond default fonts to TeX Gyre
Issue 4553:  Require and/or install fonts for demonstrations to configure  
script and GUB environment

And I've changed this issue's Summary.

I think that changing this patch is unnecessary.
