I am leaving this on countdown because it seems that texlive-xetex is mandatory
for doc to be built since the last checkin for

This was supposed to 'prefer' XeTeX over Pdf2Tex if the former was installed.
However it seems that since this checkin, doc won't build unless XeTeX is
installed after all. I do not think this iwas desired behaviour so I have
opened a discussion on dev-lilypond to clarify, for now this doc patch is going
back to 'review'

Updates to the CG for building the LP Docs using XeLaTex - instead of the
default pdfTex - where certain symbols (asterix, pilcrow, section obelix and
diesis signs) are not printed in the PDF output.
An @warning{} has been added with explanation on how to install texlive-xetex.
Note: This does not make XeTeX a mandatory requirement, unlike the main
TexLive packages already documented.
This patch also includes a additional small typos and grammar fixes.
