Why don't we move these unmentored/older/inactive projects to the "attic" page,
and then link to that from the bottom of the GSOC page? Then they will be easy
to review next year when mentors for them might be available.

Web-GSoC: Remove compilation behaviour project
We have no actual mentor for this project.
Reinhold Kainhofer is not available, and Joe Neeman will not
act as a full mentor (i.e. would only assist).
So I take the review cycle of this as a chance for any
mentor stepping out for this valuable project idea.
