MultiMeasureRest causes MultiMeasureRestNumber
Previously both MultiMeasureRest and MultiMeasureRestNumber were
caused by the rest event itself, making tweaks always address either
object. Use a directed tweak to MultiMeasureRestNumber for reaching
it now.
