Not only the web manual, also the footer used in all manuals should be fixed:
python/auxiliar/postprocess_html.py:footer_report_links = _doc ('We welcome
your aid; please <a href="%(help_us_url)s">help us</a> by reporting errors to
our <a href="%(mail_address_url)s">bug list</a>.')
What should we use as replacement?
Probably this one: https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-lilypond
... and we should also ask the mailing list admin to remove this sentence:
