Doc: point to the new LilyDev repository
Update instructions accordingly.
The new LilyDev has the following advantages for the users
(compared to the old LilyDev):
- no installation process: the image is ready to be used
- containers available for Linux users (systemd-nspawn is required)
- we are not limited to Debian: there are images based on Fedora
and other distros may be added
