"Wontfix" sounds a little too negative. How about "Shelved"? Meaning
"Probably desirable, but impractical to implement at present due to lack
of resources".
There are many outstanding issues that would be better so categorised.
If there is agreement for such a category I could add it to our issues
tracker.

On the MediaWiki bug tracker, we have got a request for [Swaralipi
notation](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swaralipi) (Bengali) to be supported by
Lilypond. The format is very different however to what is currently supported
as notation.
