Sure, that would be quite straightforward and not disruptive. but looking at
the current doc string (which is focused on text) and current uses I am not
sure we'd be doing anybody a favor. I have the feeling we'd be fixing more
uses than breaking them when just changing this without any convert-ly rule. I
mean, sure it's unfair to those using everything perfectly correctly, but they
seem to be in a minority.

This leads to ugly ChordNames when font-size is relatively small. I’ve
no idea how to retrieve the current font-size. Maybe this should be a
real markup-command?
