In addition to --nsd, there are other command line options listed in [issue
4571](https://sourceforge.net/p/testlilyissues/issues/4751/?page=1) that should
be added.

Indeed,
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/usage/invoking-musicxml2ly
doesn't document --nsd, so that should be considered a bug.
