C++ cleanup : get rid of some compilation warnings
This is just a minor patch destined to get rid of
most (non -Wconversion) compilation warnings.
There’s still a -Wsequence-point warning about
an undefined operation in page-turn-page-breaking.cc,
but that one’s out of reach for me.
