Documentation: no \layout in markup-nested scores
The NR still states that every \score embedded in
\markup mode must include a \layout block, which
is no longer necessary. This patch also
fixes a few coding style inconsistencies (e.g.
no space between a keyword and the opening
brace that follows) throughout the NR, and adds
an example about multiple stanzas from Trevor D.’s
todo comment.
