One possible solution would be a markup command that returns the current bar
number for use in instrumentName/vocalName.

Currently, the placement of bar numbers is pretty much hard-coded. But there
are different conventions on how to place them:
- just like now, with pretty alignment to the end of the system start
delimiter, but at the bottom of the staff
- in front of the staff, center-aligned vertically, as in the [Breitkopf &
Härtel Brahms
edition](http://imslp.org/wiki/File:PMLP52894-Brahms_Werke_Band_21_Breitkopf_JB_118_Op_104_scan.pdf).
So it would be nice if there were other functions to select.
