The 404 is something that has been happening for a while now - it only seems to
occur when updating existing tickets - not creating new tickets. You'll find
discussions in the Dev mailing list, but I think it is to do with something
that has changed in Source Forge and parts of our scripts are failing. I am not
savvy enough to work it out.
