Issue 5585: doc: Update section on "commit access"
* Savannah doesn't use CAcert anymore. If the user faces an untrusted
connection, importing the CAcert root certificate does not help.
* Recommend "git remote set-url" instead of a direct "git config".
* Remove unneeded @tie in @command.
