Introduce breakingRehearsalMarks for line-breaking RehearsalMarks
This music-function expects two mark-events and puts out different
stencils at line-end/start looking at the label-properties of the
marks. Incrementing the mark is done.
Text-input is accepted, user-generated modifications using the
tweak-command are preserved.
