This is a followup issue to [Issue 1289](#1289).
Starting with version 2.13.36, autobeaming is turned off at the beginning of a
cadenza \(\cadenzaOn\) and then turned \*on\* at the end \(\cadenzaOff\).
Ideally, the autobeam setting should be reverted to the setting before the
cadenza.
