For reasons I have yet to investigate, I currently get German output of `bison
-v` (inspite of using an US english locale!) while building LilyPond with
MacPorts – this looks like a bug in MacPorts.
Anyway, this 'feature' makes the `yyout2grammar.py` script die with
```text
Grammar section aborted at EOF
```
which should eventually be fixed IMHO. For example, the German manual could
include a German version of the grammar...
Attached is such a German bison output for testing purposes.
