Hi,
In 1.5.11, a handy .cvsignore file has been added(will be backported),
and I've updated and fixed the discription for making patches at
http://lilypond.org/wiki/?MakingPatches
Shouldn't this page be included in the tarball, eg as HACKING.txt?
