Lilypond book is not suited for big projects.
Normally you split your big tex-project into seperate files which you
include with "\include".
Two problems, though:
- \include only wants to include .tex-files and lilypond-book only wants
to produce .latex-files - even with the use of -o option. This means that
you must manually rename the file produced by lilypond-book.
- lilypond-book doesn't like files with no \begin{document} -
\end{document} which means that you have to insert theese two in the
start/end of the 2B included file and then comment them as well as the
\usepackage{graphics} out from the resulting file in order to be able to
include it in the project.
Please allow for .tex ending of file names, and please add an
"included"-option that assumes that the file starts within the score-block.
