Just updated from CVS (ChangeLog 1.1088) and when I run './autogen.sh' I get:

Running autoconf ... processing ./stepmake Running autoconf ... Running ./configure ... configure: error: cannot find sources (make/lilypond.lsm.in) in . or ..
