It could be done though: you'd have rearrange a "handwritten" font to follow feta's layout, and make an AFM file with the correct glyph dimensions.
No, it's not that simple. You would have to add some sort of random offset to the grobs (especially the stems need to be typeset in a totally different matter); You would need to code new beams and slurs. You would need to recode the spacing engine.
I think that getting a good result would take a major effort - and it would be of limited use; really - if you want handwritten style, then why not write in hand?
