At least, the other pitches can be used if you declare
`squashedPosition':

      \StaffContext StaffSymbol \set #'transparent = ##t
      \consists Pitch_squash_engraver
       squashedPosition = #0 % This is needed. -HJJ
      \remove Clef_engraver
    }
  raggedright= ##t
  }
}
