The strange accidental numbering appeared in a second place:
\property Staff. keySignature = #'((2 . -1) (6 . 3) (4 . -2))
Here, it is not evident whether the quarter-tone basis is used, or not.
One could indicate the basis in the syntax, e.g. the following way:
\property Staff. keySignature = #'((2 . -1) (6 . (3 . 4)) (4 . (-5 . 12)))
Accidentals, could be named as:
accidental-{-2 ... 2}
accidental4-{-4 ... 4}
accidental12-{-12 ... 12}
