This was a bug which has been fixed in CVS, or in any release that has
this ChangeLog entry:
* scripts/lilypond-book.py (do_file): Bugfix: change search order
of snippet types; fixes @ignore and @verbatim blocks.
I'm not sure if that made 2.1.28.
