Has preface been reduced to just Preface and Preface 2.2 intentionally? Notes to version 2.2 just links to the Preface page; would preceding '@unnumberedsec Notes to version 2.2' with the line '@node Notes to version 2.2' fix that? If so, enjoy the patch if you approve of it and it makes it easier . . . and if not, how can it be fixed?
