Ah, of course. You must tell Lily where to find all external files,
try adding the LILYPONDPREFIX setting, like so:
LILYPONDPREFIX=/netrel/build/lilypond-2.2.0/share/lilypond
/netrel/build/lilypond-2.2.0/lily/out/lilypond-bin -e '(ly:set-option (quote
internal-type-checking) #t)' -I
/netrel/build/lilypond-2.2.0/Documentation/user/out-www
/netrel/src/lilypond-2.2.0/input/test lily-1826888204.ly
(the same for the super-long command, if this succeeds)
