I can reproduce a crash with GUILE 1.6 on Linux, when switching on all
GUILE debugging options. Unfortunately, the crash is rather hard to
trace.
You might want to try any of the following kludgy temporary solutions
* removing the --verbose option from the call to
lilypond ly/generate-documentation
* recomping lilypond without -O2
* recomping GUILE without -O2
