Urgh. `interscoreline' has no more any effect since lilypond controls
the layout of the whole page. Sigh. IMHO a major cleanup of the TeX
backend documentation is the most important thing (besides fixing
bugs, of course) before releasing 3.0 in case `--format=tex' remains
the default.
