I thought that we had agreed that hangs/resource overuse are
out-of-scope for --safe?  It's easy to hang lilypond using Scheme,
just do something like

        \override Beam #'stems = #(let* ((x (cons 1 1)))
                                   (set-cdr! x x)
                                   x)

ie. build a circular list.
