Well, we plan to use glyph names, don't we? The only thing we need is
a mapping from glyph names to lilypond (TeX) font + glyph index after
Pango has produced the layout. For example, we have glyph
`\quarthead' which should translate to
\fetaXX\char 62
Am I missing something?
