OK.
Anyway, there's something fishy. All emmentaler*.cff files use
`emmentaler' for /FontName. Why? This basically disables the use of,
say, `emmentaler13' and `emmentaler16' in the same PS file (but
lilypond still outputs both fonts). During rendering the PS file,
only the last emmentaler font will be used.
