Could somebody run this example through convert-ly to bring it up to 2.5.9? I have a vague recollection that the syntax of \center-align was changed between 2.4.2 and 2.5.9, and I'd like to add this to the manual.
In addition, the square bracket in "\markup{ \bracket { foo } }" looks
a little bit too close to foo. Should we increase the horizontal spacing
on the \bracket?
