/bin/texi2dvi: texinfo.tex appears to be broken, quitting.
I've regenerated etex.fmt with etex, now it works, but I'm not sure if this is a bug in texinfo, tetex-2.99 (maybe 3.0), or what.
One more: I suppose we don't need texinfo.tex in lilypond/tex, do we?
