Please Han-Wen, at least provide a link to some information on the
prefered format and how to obtain it in practice. Beleive me,
this could be a major problem if you have never submitted a
patch before.
The information at http://lilypond.org/web/devel/participating/
is possibly understandable for those of us who already know
the answer, but if you want more patches floating in, it would
be well worth the effort to spend 5 more minutes to write a more
informative instruction.
