lily/parser.yy, lily/lexer.ll in the source distribution.
These are not the compiled versions. Perhaps Bison/Flex files
intended to be compiled as to generate C++ output with some earlier
Bison/Flex versions. I suggest you to include the compiled files. The
Flex/Bison C++ lexer/parser issue has not yet been resolved.
