I've just made the first public release of Firelily, my OSC->sheet
music program. It's an early release, but it demonstrates the overall
project. If you think it might be useful for you, let me know so that
I can keep your desires in mind for future versions.

This requires a recent LilyPond CVS, so I'm not advertising it on -user
yet. I'll make a 0.3 release soon after LilyPond 2.8 comes out, and
I'll advertise that version in more places.
