Just a stupid remark, but can you include urls to the documentation
affected. It makes everyone's life easier.
Not everyone's; these days I generally do lilypond stuff when off-line.
A url doesn't help me at all; "10.5.6 Horizontal spacing" is the only
useful info for me. That said, an url would make other people's lives
easier.
