Definitely the command line version should be documented when you say
"lilypond --help".
It's already included in the info for "lilypond -dhelp". I already
think the info for "lilypond --help" is too detailed; IMO, the generic
info for --help should not occupy more than 80x25.
Devel:
1. The current output for --help is inconsistent; some lines have
forced page breaks (such as -b), while other lines exceed 80 chars
(such as -d and -s). Could I make this consistent, and if so, which
way (ie standardize on 80 chars, or not limit linewidth at all and
leave it up to user's terminals)?
2. Could we have point-and-click= ##f by default? If somebody wants
it, it's easy to find the place in the manual and turn it on, but if a
user doesn't know about PnC, they probably won't realize why their
files are huge.
