Inspite of explicitly selecting `Vera Bold' (in file font-name.ly),
lilypond gets a wrong font on my system: It uses `AlbanyAMT-Bold'
instead.  Bad, bad.

This is pango 1.4.0, together with fontconfig 2.3.2.

Doing some tests with fc-match, I get this:

  fc-match "Vera"
     -> albw.ttf: "Albany AMT" "Regular"

  fc-match "Bitstream Vera Serif"
     -> VeraSe.ttf: "Bitstream Vera Serif" "Roman"

  fc-match "Bitstream Vera Serif:style=Bold"
     -> VeraSeBd.ttf: "Bitstream Vera Serif" "Bold"

Hm, hm. I don't consider this user-friendly. fontconfig should look
up substrings IMHO before trying a completely different font.

Is this a problem on my side? Is my fontconfig version too old?
