In section 5.1, `Moving objects', there are two examples using
`extra-offset'. The second one has the `ritenuto' cropped partially.
I wonder whether it is a generic problem (this is, lilypond can't
compute the bounding box correctly if extra-offset is used) or whether
it is a bug. In the former case, it should be documented.
The EPS cropping code uses the same code for determining extents as the rest
of lilypond does, so it doesn't notice extra-offset.
How picky do you want to be about this? Examples with very little below
the staff will cut off the treble clef. See
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.11/Documentation/user/lilypond/Falls-and-doits
for example. (missing 2 or 3 pixels at the bottom of the clef)
